If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please complete and submit a Copyright Infringement Form or send the following information by mail to the address below.

1. Your name, full mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the kingdom-print.com website.
4. A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. A physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
