Shipping Policy and Guidelines

We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice, to reflect changes in our policies, services, and/or in response to Client feedback. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please review it frequently, as the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply to any order placed with Kingdom Print.
Kingdom Print ships via UPS and its related services. Our standard shipping method (“Standard Shipping”) is ground delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on what is expected to be the most efficient option for your order; however, you may choose an alternative shipping method during the ordering process.
If you have dated or time-sensitive materials, please plan accordingly and allow ample time to receive your order. In such cases, we strongly recommend that you do not rely on Standard Shipping.
Our shipping charges are based on the rates set by the carrier, which may vary from time to time. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to use a Client's personal account with UPS or any other carrier.
The estimated delivery time for any shipment will vary based on the shipping method you select and your location. Please note that while we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, as we rely on a third-party shipping service. If your materials are time-sensitive, be sure to allow sufficient time for delivery.
If you select a shipping service level other than Standard Shipping, the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Please note that the delivery timeline does not include the day of pickup. If you choose a carrier’s expedited service – such as 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or a similar accelerated option – this means the carrier is guaranteeing delivery within the specified time frame. Only these expedited services come with guaranteed delivery windows. Standard Shipping is not guaranteed and may not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time selected during the ordering process. To estimate your actual delivery date, please add the turnaround time and the estimated shipping time together.
We do our best to produce orders at the print facility closest to your delivery address. However, we reserve the right to change the production site originally assigned to your order. This may occur due to factors such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or high order volumes that affect our production capacity. If a change in production site is necessary, you may be notified by email, and this could impact your estimated shipping time.
Our shipping process generally cannot accommodate the consolidation of multiple print orders for shipping purposes. Each distinct product ordered will be shipped separately, will incur its own shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date than other products in your order. If you are ordering multiple products, they may also be produced at different facilities, which could further impact shipping timelines.
If you are purchasing a specially priced product package, only one shipping charge will apply; however, the individual items in the package may still be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
If timely receipt of multiple products is important, please plan accordingly, as we cannot guarantee that all items in a multi-product order will arrive on the same delivery date.
Limited Group Shipping
For certain limited product lines, we can consolidate multiple orders for group shipping.
- The following rules apply to group shipping orders:
- All orders must be placed at the same time;
- Maximum run size per order (see specific product for details);
- Group shipping must be designated at time of order;
- All orders must be for the same product type;
- All orders must have same turnaround time (NOTE: Same-day turnaround is not available on group shipping);
- Each order must be for the same quantity (e.g., 1,000 business cards);
- Orders must be shipped to the same address;
- Order must have same contact person.
- Choosing group shipping may add at least one day to your selected turnaround time. Please factor this into your order schedule.
- If one or more jobs in a group designated for group shipping are delayed for any reason, all jobs in that group will be held and delayed until all are complete. We recommend not choosing group shipping for any job with a time-sensitive deadline.
- Once a group of orders has been designated for group shipping, we cannot release any part of the order for alternative shipping methods (earlier or later).
We recommend that you do not choose group shipping for any job with a time-sensitive deadline. Orders that exceed size or weight limitations for the selected delivery level may be divided into multiple boxes. Your order confirmation and/or tracking information will indicate the number of boxes you can expect. If your order is divided into multiple boxes, each box will incur a separate shipping charge, and we cannot guarantee that all boxes will be delivered on the same day.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes. It is your responsibility to verify that a valid street address has been provided, and that it is accurate, including the correct zip code, for your delivery. We strongly recommend including a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or mistaken delivery addresses. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays or losses once the product has been handed over to the carrier for shipment.
Please verify that your payment information has been entered correctly. Shipments may be delayed due to incorrect credit card information, and we are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from this. Holidays may also affect and delay your shipping times, so please take them into account when estimating your package delivery date.
If a package is not delivered due to Client refusal or an error made by the Client – such as providing an incorrect shipping address – it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address, if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for the reshipment. You may also incur additional fees resulting from the carrier’s inability to deliver the order, including return fees. Even if you decline reshipment, you remain responsible for the product cost, original shipping charges, and any additional fees incurred due to the product being returned. By placing the order, you consent to these fees being charged to the credit card used for the transaction.
