Terms and Conditions
LAST UPDATED: October 1, 2025
Welcome to Kingdom Print and Promotions, LLC. By using our services and this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Kingdom Print and Promotions, LLC provides printing services exclusively to religious organizations and non-profits that share our mission of spreading the gospel and serving as the hands and feet of Christ. Our services are not available to the general public. To utilize our services, all clients must agree to the Statement of Faith Agreement, affirming that they share our beliefs and commit to using our services in accordance with our mission. This agreement binds the client to maintaining the same essential function while using our discounted services and prohibits passing along or allowing any other person or organization to use or benefit from the reduced costs.
Critical Color Reproduction Information
Kingdom Print utilizes a process of printing referred to as "Gang-Run Printing" which provides affordable four-color printing. "Gang-Run Printing" will group your job with other jobs allowing overall production costs and expenses to be shared with our other customers.
Because of variances in paper, equipment, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected with gang-run printing. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. Kingdom Print accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece achieved from utilizing the gang-run process. Refunds, store credit, or reprints will not be honored for color variations that arise during the gang-run printing process unless we find that the print project deviates from generally accepted trade standards.
To learn more, read ‘Understanding Gang-Run Printing’ under the ‘Our Gang-Run Print Method’ tab on our F.A.Q. page.

- If files are submitted without meeting our Bleed Specifications, any slight shift during the trimming process may result in a sliver of white paper being visible. This is considered expected and acceptable. - - - To learn what “bleed” is, why it matters, how to set it up properly, and how it impacts the final printed piece, please visit our F.A.Q. page. Navigate to the "File Specifications – Color Modes, Bleeds, Overprint, etc." tab, then click on "What are 'Bleeds' and do I need them?"
- If files are submitted in RGB mode, you authorize the Company to convert the file(s) to CMYK mode. Converting files from RGB to CMYK may cause color shifts and other undesirable results.
