While we will notify you of any obvious errors we notice, you are ultimately responsible for approving digital proofs, proofreading all content, and ensuring there are no errors in the submitted documents.

If work is produced containing errors not caused by Kingdom Print and Promotions, LLC., you are responsible for the full production costs, including the cost of reprinting the job if you choose to proceed with a reprint.

To minimize the risk of errors, please carefully proofread your work and ensure your artwork is set up correctly before submitting your files.
